This new series “Coles Super Gero Builders” features all your favourite DC superheroes such as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman plus some deeper cuts, like Vixen and Cyclone.
This year’s set is competing directly with Disney’s 100 cards at Woolworths.

How to Build Coles Super Hero Builders
Every character except for King Shark is built the same way. I do not have King Shark yet, but I’ll create a guide for building him later too if and when I get him. The only real difference between the other characters is that some of them have a piece for a cape, while others have the back of their body. Pay careful attention to the hands if you are unsure which is the front and which is the back. Below you will step-by-step on how to build Superman.
Step 1
Open the packet and see who you got! I got Superman.
Step 2
Pop each piece out and lay them on a table.
Step 3
Find the back of the head, put the picture side down with the flat colour facing up. Put the small peg into it. If the peg piece has two colours, put the character’s art colour facing up and the flat colour facing down so that it looks best when buitlt.
Step 4
Place the long piece with the circular hole onto the peg as shown.
Step 5
Get the back of the body or cape and place the picture side down. For Superman, both sides are red, but one side has a shinier finish, so I placed that one down. Add the other little peg piece to it.
Step 6
Place the paddle-shaped piece onto the peg. This will become the inner-body of the figure.
Step 7
Add the front of the body to the peg.
Step 8
Attach the body to the back of the head. The circular peg allows the head to tilt slightly left or right.
Step 9
Add the face! You are now done.

How do I Get a Coles Super Hero Builder?
Exclusively at Coles supermarkets, you can collect one packet of Coles Super Hero Builders (which contains one character) per $30 you spend in a single transaction. The limit per Super Hero Builders you can earn this way is 20 per transaction. If you happen to be buying so much food or other items that you are exceeding $600, you should split it into smaller transactions to maximise the number of Super Hero Builders you receive.
Anything regarding gift cards, insurance, mobile phones, donations, alcohol or tobacco-related items do not count towards Coles Super Hero builders or any other similar promotional toys. Anything you order via a third-party delivery app such as DoorDash or Uber Eats will also not result in these toys.
What Counts as Money Spent Towards These?
Expanding on the section above, things like delivery fees do not count. If an item is on sale, Eg. originally $10 and on sale for $6, then this only counts $6 towards the $30 quota.
How do I know how many Coles Super Hero Builders I’ve earned, and how do I collect them?
Your printed receipt in stores will tell you how many Super Hero Builders you earned. Take your receipt to the nearest member of staff immediately after paying so that they can mark you off as having collected your toys. I have found that things get a bit awkward if you forget to redeem these and come back with your receipt later. For online orders, you are told how many you will receive during checkout.
